In the unlikely event of a problem we offer a 12 months warranty on all repairs.
What we cover:
- The original repair, including all parts and labour costs are covered by our 12 months warranty.
What we don’t cover:
- Subsequent damage caused by the customer
- Damage not relating to the original repair
- Damage resulting from misuse
- Damage resulting from using inapprioprate purity agents or shields (more in the Guide)
- Any kind of equipment exposure to high temperature operation (more in the Guide)
- Electronic related issues.
If a subsequent repair is made by the customer or another repair company after being repaired by DUQTOR this voids our warranty.
